Since 2006, CNY MMA has established a successful track record of helping our students reach their fitness, weight loss, and competition goals. We operate programs in three different locations (Binghamton, Cortland, Oswego, and Watertown, NY).
Men, women, and children of all shapes, sizes, ages, and experience levels train at CNY MMA.
Some of our students have lost more that 100 lbs while others have focused on competition and made it to the sports biggest stage, the Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC.

The triangle represents strength as it is the strongest geometric shape. We strive for constant and never ending improvement to ensure that our curriculum and our schools are the strongest in our area and industry. Read what some of our students think of our program.

The triangle is made up of four parts. Each representing the four styles that are incorporated into our system.

The circle in the center of the logo represents void. The idea is that students come to train at CNY MMA to fill this void with technique, knowledge, understanding, and humility. This will be accomplished by mastering the fundamental techniques of our curriculum (becoming an instructor).

The three intertwining swooshes represent the attributes that we develop as we train in Mixed Martial Arts at CNY MMA. They are not separate from each other. As you develop yourself physically, you also develop yourself mentally and spiritually and vice versa. The colors:
Blue is the color of the sky and the sea. It is associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, and truth.
Yellow is the color of the sun. It's associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy.
